Drivers are carefully selected using our own extensive in-house recruitment programme.

This involves several driver interviews and a practical driving test. This is followed by our on-line driver software assessment programme which assesses Highway Code Knowledge and General Proficiency and Awareness.

In addition all Driver’s Licences are verbally checked through the DVLA and Driver’s are police checked where appropriate.

We provide regular driver training on manual handling, health and safety and customer service this ensures that all drivers are polite and courteous.
